SHIPPING INFORMATION

Weekend Anthem offers free two day UPS ground shipping within the USA. While we always aim to ship our products as quickly and efficiently as possible, delivery times are provided as guidelines. Orders are usually dispatched within a maximum of 2 business days. All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes - those orders will be canceled.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an email from us with a tracking number to check the whereabouts of your order as soon as your order is shipped. All orders are fully trackable on our website. To see where your order is and to get the latest shipping status, sign in to your account.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

It’s important for us that our customers feel safe when ordering our products. That’s why we use Security Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is one of the most secure systems for online orders. It protects any sensitive information such as your name, personal ID number, and credit card details.

DELIVERY FAILURE

If UPS cannot deliver to the delivery address provided, UPS might alternatively attempt to deliver at least once more or the order will be sent to the closest UPS Access Point. An email with this information will be sent to the email address you provide when purchasing the order. If you do not provide an email address, you will need to proactively check the status of the delivery.

If it is impossible to deliver and UPS must return the order to us, Weekend Anthem will not make any new delivery and we will be authorized to charge you all costs arising from the whole shipping process, even if the first shipping had initially been free of charge for you. A refund minus shipping costs will be applied to the credit card used.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, items can be returned within 14 days after the delivery date. 

To be eligible for return, all items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

How to Return:

1. Log in to your account:
  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click “Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
2. Go back to the store, and enter the six-digit verification code.
3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note.
    5. Click "Submit request”.
     

    Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

    When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

    Weekend Anthem reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Should you be interested in a different size, color or style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new one(s) separately.

    QUALITY GUARANTEE

    If the item you receive is faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to help@weekendanthem.com with "Quality Guarantee" as the subject.
